Subtract hundreds and tens

How to solve this
- Subtract hundreds from hundreds and tens from tens; borrow from the hundreds if tens are not enough.
- To borrow: reduce the hundreds digit by 1 and add 100 (10 tens) to the tens column.
- Check by adding: result + subtracted number must equal the starting number.
