Grade 2 Math

Mixed times tables

Once the single tables are known, mixed practice shows whether the facts are really memorized: 6 × 7, then 3 × 9, then 8 × __ = 64. Short mixed rounds build the fast recall children need for division in grade 3.

How to solve this

  • Mixed times tables practice covers all tables from ×1 to ×10 in random order.
  • When you see an unfamiliar fact, use a known helper: near-table strategy, doubling, or the ×5+n shortcut.
  • Check each answer by mentally reversing the multiplication: 6 × 8 = 48, so 48 ÷ 8 must equal 6.

Times Divide

Multiplication and division worksheets that follow what the child has already solved.

The app does not generate PDF sheets at random. It uses the child’s previous results, including offline sheets, so the next practice can focus on what still needs work.

  • Generate printable PDFs from the child’s history.
  • Enter solved offline sheets quickly after practice.
  • The app shows each answer; you mark it correct or not.
